This leader will collaborate across Talent Insights, WXM, Finance, Learning Technology, and HR Technology to align measurement with business priorities. The role leads a team responsible for measurement, evaluation, reporting, and continuous improvement, leveraging AI and automation to modernize learning operations and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience leading teams in a complex, global organization.
• Experience partnering with instructional designers and L&D leaders.
• Experience managing learning vendors, budgets or investment portfolios.
• Experience presenting insights to senior leaders with actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated use of AI, automation, or emerging technology.

Responsabilités

• Measure effectiveness across on-demand, live, virtual, blended, and experiential learning.
• Embed evaluation, assessment, and learner feedback into experiences from the start.
• Advise portfolio leaders on refining assets, programs, and learner journeys.
• Lead quarterly learning impact reviews for executive sponsors.
• Give business unit L&D teams shared standards, templates, and reporting support.
• Create executive-ready reporting highlighting trends and actions.
