Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Director of Learning Measurement, Evaluation & Reporting to build and lead a capability that demonstrates the impact of learning experiences on business outcomes.

The role partners across Talent Insights, WXM, Finance, Learning Technology, HR Technology, and business teams to automate data collection, reporting, and investment view. You will stand up a simple, consistent measurement model in year one, embed evaluation in experiences, and develop executive-ready

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development, Learning Operations, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience leading teams in a complex, global organization and in learning measurement, evaluation, or learning operations.
• Experience partnering with instructional designers and L&D leaders to improve learning outcomes.
• Experience managing learning vendors, partners, budgets, or investment portfolios.
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders with clear, actionable communication.
• Demonstrated use of AI, automation, or emerging technology to improve learning or business operations.

Responsibilities

• Set a consistent approach to measuring effectiveness across on-demand, live, virtual, blended, and experiential learning.
• Define standards connecting learning objectives to knowledge, retention, application, behavior change, and performance.
• Partner with instructional designers and learning leaders to embed evaluation, assessment, and learner feedback into experiences from the start.
• Use learning data, assessments, and feedback to identify what’s working and where to improve.
• Advise portfolio leaders on refining assets, programs, modalities, and learner journeys.
• Tell clear stories, knowing which finding will change a leader’s mind, and shift the conversation to impact.
