You will partner across Talent Insights, WXM, Finance, and HR to connect learning to business outcomes. The role emphasizes defining standards, embedding evaluation in experiences, and turning data into actionable insights that influence strategic investments and program design across

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development, Learning Operations, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Experience leading teams in a complex, global organization and in learning measurement, evaluation, reporting, or learning operations.
• Experience partnering with instructional designers and L&D leaders to improve learning outcomes.
• Experience managing learning vendors, budgets, or investment portfolios.
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders with clear, actionable communication.
• Demonstrated use of AI, automation, or emerging technology to improve learning or business operations.

Responsabilités

• Measure what matters by establishing a consistent approach to evaluating effectiveness across on-demand, live, virtual, blended, and experiential learning.
• Turn measurement into action by using data and feedback to identify improvements and advise asset refinement.
• Build the learning operating rhythm with standardized reports, dashboards, and quarterly impact reviews.
• Steward the learning investment by tracking spend, vendor relations, and program efficiency.
• Reimagine operations through AI and automation to speed reporting and insights, while ensuring data quality.
