Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience leading teams in a complex, global organization and in learning measurement, evaluation, reporting, or learning operations.
• Experience partnering with instructional designers and L&D leaders to improve learning outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Establish a consistent approach to measuring effectiveness across learning modalities.
• Define standards linking objectives to knowledge, retention, application, behavior change, and performance.
• Embed evaluation and learner feedback into experiences from the start.
• Use data and feedback to identify what’s working and what to improve.
• Advise portfolio leaders on refining assets, programs, modalities, and learner journeys.
• Tell clear stories that drive leadership decisions about learning impact.
