Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Director of Learning Measurement, Evaluation & Reporting to build a scalable framework that shows whether learning experiences drive knowledge, retention, behavior change, and performance.

You will automate data collection and reporting, create an investment view, and partner across Talent Insights, WXM, Finance, Learning Technology, and HR Technology to align learning with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development, Learning Operations, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience leading teams in a complex, global organization and in learning measurement, evaluation, reporting, or learning operations.
• Experience partnering with instructional designers and L&D leaders to improve learning outcomes.
• Experience managing learning vendors, partners, budgets, or investment portfolios.
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders, with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Measure What Matters: set a consistent approach to measuring effectiveness across learning formats.
• Turn Measurement Into Action: use data and feedback to improve assets and journeys and advise portfolio leaders.
• Build the Learning Operating Rhythm: establish reporting standards, dashboards, and cadence across Cencora University.
• Steward the Learning Investment: create visibility into investments and monitor spend with Finance.
• Reimagine Learning Operations Through AI & Automation: automate data collection and reporting; apply AI to synthesize feedback.
• Connect the Dots Across Cencora: link learning measurement with skills, talent, workforce and employee experience data.
• Lead the Team: develop a team and partnerships across university, L&D, Talent Insights, WXM, Finance, and vendors.

10+ years in Learning & Development

Experience leading global teams

Experience partnering with instructional designers and L&D leaders
