Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development, Learning Operations, Talent Development, or related field.
• Experience leading teams in a complex, global organization.
• Experience partnering with instructional designers and L&D leaders to improve learning outcomes.
• Experience managing learning vendors, budgets, or investment portfolios.
• Demonstrated use of AI, automation, or emerging technology to improve learning or business operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish a consistent measurement model spanning learning activity, behavior change, and business impact.
• Lead quarterly learning impact reviews for executive sponsors that tie program effectiveness to business outcomes.
• Create executive-ready reporting that highlights trends, implications, and actions.
• Partner with Talent Insights, WXM, Finance, Learning Technology, and HR to connect learning data with broader talent data.
• Develop team members who turn data into actionable recommendations and build a culture of curiosity and continuous learning.
