Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Director of Learning Measurement, Evaluation & Reporting to build a scalable measurement model that shows how learning drives knowledge, retention, behavior, and performance across the organization.

This role partners across Talent Insights, WXM, Finance, and HR tech to automate data collection and reporting, delivering executive-ready insights and an investment view for learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience leading teams in a complex global organization.
• Experience in learning measurement, evaluation, reporting.
• Experience managing learning vendors, budgets, investments.
• Experience presenting insights to senior leaders with clear recommendations.
• Demonstrated use of AI, automation or emerging tech to improve learning ops.

Responsabilités

• Establish a consistent measurement model for learning activities across formats.
• Embed evaluation, assessment, and learner feedback into experiences from the start.
• Analyze data to identify improvements and guide asset/program refinement.
• Create executive-ready reporting linking learning to business impact.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for learning measurement and continuous improvement.
