Cardinal Health is seeking a LATAM Recruiter to deliver full-cycle recruitment for managerial and professional roles across LATAM, supporting Manufacturing and Commercial operations. You will partner with hiring managers, build proactive pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience while aligning with regional business needs.

The role requires English and Spanish fluency, LATAM recruiting experience, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required; Brazilian Portuguese preferred.
• 4+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years LATAM (Brazil, Mexico, or Costa Rica preferred).
• Knowledge of LATAM labor markets, local practices, and culture.
• Able to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ATS like Workday or Taleo; MS Office skills.
• CIR and AIRS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for manager- and professional-level positions across LATAM.
• Develop and execute search strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates via networking, internet research, referrals, and social channels.
