Ladders is seeking a Director of IT Engineering to lead the IT function for a remote US-based team. You will shape a multi-year IT strategy, oversee Help Desk, IT Engineering, and Business Applications, and partner with Security and Engineering to build secure, scalable environments for a dispersed workforce.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in managing managers and distributed teams.
• Proven IT strategy and operations experience for SaaS or security-focused environments.
• Experience supporting remote-first or hybrid workplaces across time zones.
• Deep knowledge of endpoint management, identity and access management, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong vendor management, including evaluation and performance management.
