Ladders is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner (Technology) to serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, focusing on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategy in a high-growth IT environment.

This remote US-based role guides acquisition integration, leadership development, employee relations, performance management, and data-informed decision making, while ensuring compliance and fostering an inclusive culture.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly in an HRBP role.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Proven experience leading HR integration for acquisitions, with a focus on cultural and operational transitions.
