Job summary

Help at Home in the United States is seeking a Head of Information Security to lead the enterprise security program, align with IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and executive leadership, and advance strategies to protect systems and data.

This hands-on role oversees security operations, risk management, SOX/HIPAA compliance, policy governance, AI risk, and resilience, while building a high-performing team and assuring security across vendor relationships and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 12+ years in information security.
• Experience leading security teams and programs.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise security strategy and roadmap with cross‑functional alignment.
• Oversee security operations, risk management, and compliance programs.
