Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a strategic Head of Information Security to lead the organization’s enterprise security program, overseeing operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance. You will partner with IT, Legal, Compliance and executive leadership to strengthen controls and resilience across the business.

The role requires built‑in leadership, hands‑on security expertise, and a proven ability to translate risk into actionable guidance, with emphasis on HIPAA/SOX compliance and AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of information security experience, including leadership roles.
• Security certifications (CISSP/CISM/CISA/CRISC/CCSP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise information security program and security operations.
• Develop and evolve risk management, compliance, and governance.
• Oversee third‑party security risk, vendor relationships, and AI governance.
• Coordinate SOX/ITGC remediation and audit support.
• Lead business continuity planning, incident response, and resilience initiatives.
• Communicate security strategy and risk to executives and board.
