Qualifications

• Advanced degree in information governance, law, information management, library science, or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as IGP, CRM, CIP, CIPM, CIPT, or CEDS are preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in information governance, records management, or related disciplines.
• Experience in a law firm or highly regulated professional services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive information governance program aligned with strategic objectives.
• Establish policies, standards, procedures, and controls for information management.
• Lead enterprise-wide information lifecycle management, retention, and data risk reduction.
• Advise leadership on governance trends, legal requirements, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional governance committees and teams.
