Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and an active law license in good standing in at least one state.
• Eight+ years of experience in a law firm, preferably in a litigation role.
• Expertise in ethical use of AI and principles of sound Information Governance.
• Strong knowledge of professional responsibility rules and law firm operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for questions regarding firm policies, procedures, and ethics requirements.
• Work closely with Risk Management, AI & Knowledge, and IT to develop best practices for AI tools and data management.
• Promote a collaborative culture within the OGC and help train attorneys and staff.
• Complete special projects assigned by senior members of the OGC and Risk Management.
