Job summary

Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC, a leading law firm with hundreds of attorneys across multiple offices, is seeking a Director of Information Governance to lead the firm’s data governance program and ensure compliance with privacy, confidentiality and information security laws.

The successful candidate will design and implement governance training for attorneys and staff, coordinate onboarding/offboarding of client and attorney data, and serve as the superuser for iManage and iCompli, collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required; CRM certification preferred.
• Experience with records management and data governance concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data governance team and provide training and support.
• Design and implement data governance training for attorneys and staff.
• Coordinate records movement and onboarding/offboarding of client and attorney data.
• Act as power user of iManage and iCompli; collaborate with IT on user issues.
• Manage third-party vendors for physical records.
• Travel to all offices to implement governance across the firm.
