Qualifications

• At least six years of experience in Business Development within the Logistics and Supply Chain industry.
• Experience managing a Business Development team preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentations skills with external customers.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance Industry Vertical development strategies for current and prospective customers.
• Attract and retain Industry Vertical new business to meet BD metrics.
• Collaborate with BD teams to produce new regional business.
• Create development strategy and budget aligned with GHQ strategy.
• Prepare presentations with Marketing to promote growth in the Americas.
• Work with leaders to approach opportunities holistically as regional customers expect.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and events.
• Utilize CRM to monitor pipeline activity in the Americas Industry Vertical.
• Record performance results and report monthly to Head of BD and GHQ Industry Vertical Head.
