Job summary

ClassWallet in the United States is seeking a Manager, Implementations to lead and scale the Implementation team, reporting to the Sr. Director, Client Success.

You will mentor Implementation Specialists, drive deployment playbooks, and ensure fast Time-to-Value for school districts, state agencies, and foundations. You’ll oversee cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, and Engineering, manage KPI reporting in HubSpot, and build scalable onboarding processes that tie customer success to

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client-facing SaaS implementation, consulting, or account management.
• 2+ years of direct people management leading technical onboarding teams.
• BA/BS degree required; PMP or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM/tracking tools (HubSpot), Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite.
• Experience managing complex implementations for public sector, state agencies, or educational institutions (K-12) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and coach Implementation Specialists and Senior Implementation Specialists to foster a high-performance culture.
• Own and refine scalable deployment playbooks and workflows to improve team efficiency and Time-to-Value (TTV).
• Monitor the implementation lifecycle, identify risks, ensure delivery quality, and maintain standards across deployments.
• Serve as second line of escalation for complex account hurdles and help resolve blockers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate feedback into product enhancements and smooth transitions across accounts.
• Oversee data integrity in HubSpot and internal tools, track KPIs and report status to Client Success leadership.
