Job summary

Edra is a high-growth AI company with offices in New York and London, seeking a People Operations lead to own the employee lifecycle across two jurisdictions. You’ll manage US/UK payroll, benefits, onboarding, and compliance, building scalable processes and automation to support a rapidly expanding team.

You’ll work directly with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and legal counsel, shaping comp policy and operational excellence as the company scales toward its next milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience owning payroll end-to-end at a startup or high-growth company.
• Ability to manage benefits enrollment across multiple regimes (US/UK).
• Proven track record building automation to reduce manual work.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for payroll, benefits, leave and equity administration.
• Own US and UK payroll end-to-end; reconcile and fix issues quickly.
• Design onboarding programs and automate onboarding/offboarding across entities.
• Administer benefits in both countries (health, retirement) and renewals.
• Maintain compliance calendar for payroll, benefits, and employment processes.
• Keep HRIS (Rippling) data accurate and automate repetitive workflows.
