Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Director of HR Operations to lead HR Business Partners and drive Employee Relations, HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, and Compliance across a geographically dispersed workforce.

The role focuses on compliant, data-driven, and scalable HR operations aligned with business objectives, enhancing risk management and the employee experience. The Director will translate enterprise HR strategy into operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in diversified HR operations roles.
• SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Experience overseeing HRIS platforms and HR technology implementations.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, especially in government contracting.
• Experience managing HRBPs and operational HR teams in a dispersed organization.
• Ability to influence leaders while ensuring compliance and objectivity.

• Oversee HRBPs and Employee Relations functions.
• Lead HR Operations, compliance, and data management.
• Ensure policy consistency and scalable operational processes.
• Oversee HRIS, benefits, compensation, and leave management.
