We are seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to oversee HR, payroll, and compliance functions for a people-focused, service-based organization. This individual will serve as a key HR partner to executive leadership and support both office and field employees.The role will provide leadership across employee relations, HR operations, payroll oversight, compliance, benefits, and other people-related initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
• SHRM certification
• Previous HR leadership experience at the Director level or similar scope
• Strong background overseeing HR functions, including employee relations, payroll, legal, compliance, etc
• Strong employee relations skills with the ability to be compassionate while still being confident, decisive, and willing to hold people accountable
• Experience working in a people-focused/service-based organization
