Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive responsibility in housekeeping operations with mega-site responsibility.
• Associate’s Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven track record of driving strong performance and key field operations metrics.
• Outstanding leadership skills with ability to train talent and effect change.
• Strong writing, verbal presentation and client-facing skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping leadership across MasterCorp site(s) to meet quality, timeliness, and budget targets.
• Recruiting strategy development and staffing level monitoring at sites.
• Onboarding, training, retention, and recognition program implementation.
• Interview, hire, onboard, and train Executive Housekeepers and assistants.
• Coach and discipline management team to optimize performance.
• Maintain safe working environment through safety practices and training.
• Manage transportation and vehicle safety protocols for site operations.
• Communicate company objectives through regular meetings with management.
• Build professional relationships with resort management and key staff.
• Lead by example; perform Executive Housekeeper duties when needed.
