Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead on-site housekeeping operations, ensuring quality standards, timeliness, and budget targets are met. You will develop strong relationships with resort management, vendors, and service providers while guiding a team toward excellence.

Role requires strategic oversight, onboarding and training, performance management, and proactive communication with corporate and regional teams. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a field directly related to this position.
• Minimum two years of progressive management responsibility.
• Outstanding analytical ability with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven track record of driving strong performance in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, motivation, accountability, and development of personnel.
• Ensure site meets quality, timeliness, and budget objectives.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and retention of team members.
• Manage performance, coaching, and annual reviews.
• Coordinate with site management and resort partners to meet KPIs.
