MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead site operations, drive performance, and uphold the company’s standards of quality and timeliness.

You will cultivate partnerships with resort management, vendors, and service providers to ensure a high level of communication and collaboration. The role emphasizes accountability, development of personnel, onboarding and training, and ensuring safety and adherence to MasterTalks and other standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum two years of progressive management responsibility.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to meet KPIs and budgets.
• Walk the site daily to ensure policies and processes are followed.
• Monitor quality, timeliness, and budget performance with site leaders.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and champion organizational changes.
• Recruit staffing strategies and oversee onboarding and training.
