Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. seeks a seasoned Director of Housekeeping to oversee resort sites within the assigned division, providing leadership, accountability and development of associates while ensuring quality, timeliness and budget adherence.

The DOH will cultivate professional relationships with resort management, vendors and service providers to support MasterCorp’s operations and uphold a high standard of communication and partnership.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive responsibility in housekeeping operations with mega-site responsibility.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven track record of driving strong performance and key field operations metrics.
• Outstanding leadership skills and ability to develop talent.
• Strong writing, verbal presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English; bi-lingual Spanish a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs for Quality, Timeliness and Budget and guide site management to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement active recruiting strategies to maintain staffing levels.
• Oversee onboarding, training and retention programs in collaboration with EH and AEH.
• Interview, select, onboard and train Executive Housekeepers and staff.
• Manage performance of the management team including coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain a safe working environment through safety committees, training and best practices.
• Oversee transportation strategy and vehicle safety protocols for the site.
• Communicate company objectives to management through regular meetings.
• Foster professional relationships with resort management and key staff; ensure clear communication.
• Demonstrate customer-first culture in dealings with MasterCorp clients, owners and guests.
• Be willing to perform duties of Executive Housekeeper as needed.
