Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead all housekeeping and laundry operations across the property. You will supervise guest rooms, public areas and food & beverage spaces while coaching and developing a high-performing team.

The role requires a Hotel Management degree or related field and at least 2 years of housekeeping management experience, with strong customer service, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Flexibility for varied schedules is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hotel Management or related field with at least 2 years of housekeeping management experience.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring and teambuilding.
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• You are a people-person and interact with team members constantly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations and areas.
• Supervise cleanliness of guest rooms, lobbies, public areas, bathrooms, guest floors and bar/restaurant.
• Select, train and develop team members.
• Provide clear direction in assigning, scheduling and instructing staff.
• Plan and conduct staff meetings and disseminate pertinent information.
• Manage housekeeping and laundry budgets and inventory to ensure efficient operations.
