Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces meet brand standards.
• Train and develop housekeeping and laundry staff on cleanliness standards and SOPs.
• Inspect rooms and public areas daily to maintain cleanliness and presentation.
• Manage budgets and expenses including labor, supplies, equipment, and inventory controls.
• Recruit, supervise and evaluate staff; conduct performance reviews and training.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless hotel operations.
