GF Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced housekeeping manager to lead the housekeeping team and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas.

In this role, you will schedule repairs, hire and train staff, monitor daily operations, manage inventory and budget, and strive to deliver a flawless guest experience that drives repeat business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in guest services or hospitality
• High school diploma or GED
• Well-versed in environmental services (EVS) including sanitation protocol and procedures, and how to use cleaning supplies and equipment
• Over 3 years of experience as an executive housekeeper, housekeeping manager, or similar
• Applicants should be excellent leaders, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to customer service

Responsibilities

• Make sure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition and schedule repairs as needed
• Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas daily
• Hire and train housekeeping staff to perform cleaning duties and deliver customer satisfaction to our expectations
• Track of areas cleaned by room attendants and contact the front office to handle room damage or maintenance needs
• Order cleaning supplies as needed, control inventory and manage the department budget
