HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Director of Housekeeping to lead and optimize the housekeeping and laundry operations across guest rooms, public spaces, and related areas. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service while controlling costs and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include staff leadership, scheduling, budgeting collaboration with the General Manager, and ensuring consistent cleanliness and operational efficiency throughout all hotel areas.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and supervisory ability in a high‑volume hotel setting.
• Strong budgeting and cost control experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, including hiring, training, evaluating, and developing team members.
• Schedule staff in alignment with labor standards and forecasted occupancy levels.
• Partner with the General Manager on the annual departmental budget and monitor performance against plan.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and safety standards across all housekeeping operations.
• Maintain consistent room quality and cleanliness across guest rooms and public spaces.
