Best Western in Madison seeks an experienced Assistant Executive Housekeeper to oversee housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring guest rooms meet the hotel's cleanliness standards.

The role manages staff, coordinates inspections, maintains safety procedures, and collaborates with other departments to deliver exceptional service. Excellent leadership, communication, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum three years experience as a hotel Assistant Executive Housekeeper or room inspector.
• A minimum of one year experience as an Executive Housekeeper required.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish preferred.
• Must maintain a professional, neat appearance and personal hygiene.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe use/storage required.
• Knowledge of handling Blood Borne Pathogens and SHARPS required.

Responsabilidades

• Inspects each guestroom after service for cleanliness and amenities.
• Responds to guest questions and concerns related to Housekeeping.
• Reports room status discrepancies to Front Desk.
• Submits and follows up on maintenance requests to correct deficiencies.
• Performs monthly linen inventory and oversees linen handling.
• Oversees cleaning of all hotel public areas and enforces safety procedures.
