Qualifications

• 2 years housekeeping experience is required.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and budgeting concepts.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to direct staff and coordinate with teams.
• Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staff of room attendants, house persons, and inspectors by conducting meetings and guiding performance.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance, and provide discipline when needed.
• Arrange staff work schedules based on occupancy and projects; manage payroll and expenses.
• Maintain records for budgeting, forecasting, and inspection scores; communicate directions clearly.
