Job summary

Hard Rock Bristol is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead and oversee housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across hotel towers and common areas.

You will manage budgeting, staffing, training, vendor relations, and safety compliance, while coordinating with Front Desk, Facilities, and other departments to handle events and increase guest volume.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years experience in Hotel Housekeeping Management or 4 years experience as Hotel Department Head in rooms discipline.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred; experience in union environment and gaming industry; Forbes/AAA Accredited Resort Hotel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage housekeeping team, laundry, and cleanliness of hotel areas.
• Monitor budget, staffing, and operation performance to ensure quality service.
• Hire, train, motivate, evaluate and supervise staff to ensure objectives are met.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Marketing, and Facilities for events and guest flow.
• Ensure safety policies, vendor management, and compliance with company standards.
