Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol seeks an Executive Steward to oversee the staff responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen(s) and other food preparation areas. You will manage inventory, equipment, and item handling to support the entire food and beverage operation.

The role requires leadership of kitchen staff, budgeting, and adherence to health inspections, with a focus on efficient department operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5–10 years stewarding supervisor experience preferred.
• Must obtain licenses/regulations as required by law and Virginia Lottery Gaming.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff responsible for kitchen cleanliness and food prep areas.
• Manage inventory control, kitchen equipment, and item management.
• Maintain department standards, budgeting, and staffing to ensure efficient operation.
• Direct back-of-house cleanliness across main kitchen, storage, and washing areas.
