Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a dependable House Person to support the housekeeping team by coordinating linen, delivering guest items, and assisting Housekeepers.

You will keep corridors clean, stock supplies, greet guests, and help create Amplified Service across shifts. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to pass background and drug screenings, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. The job emphasizes safety and guest relations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, along with 6 months Janitorial experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and departmental policies and procedures.
• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
• Promotes positive guest relations at all times.
• Assist Housekeepers in cleaning rooms, as needed.
• Stock caddies/carts with all required cleaning supplies, linen, amenities, and equipment.
• Maintain awareness of guests in corridors, greeting guests in passing, using names when known, moving carts to allow guests to pass, and turning off vacuum cleaners when guests are present.
• Enter guest rooms according to procedures, including respecting Do Not Disturb rooms.
• Assist Housekeepers in deep cleaning guest rooms.
• Remove In Room Dining trays/tables from guest rooms and corridors.
• Deliver guest request items to guest rooms.
• Clean and stock linen closets.
• Empty and dispose of trash from Housekeeper carts and linen closets.
