Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs supervisory duties, coaching, hiring assistance, training programs, and evaluations.
• Conducts detailed public area inspections to ensure quality and identify problems.
• Recommends process adjustments to improve guest service efficiency.
• Resolves guest problems to ensure total satisfaction.
• Prepares daily reports and promotes cross-department communication.
• Conducts property inspections to ensure policy adherence and identify issues.
• Attends meetings and follows up on assigned tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
