• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance, or related area of study.
• Preferred background as Director of Hotel Operations, Rooms Executive, General Manager, or equivalent level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellence in Team Member Satisfaction, Guest Satisfaction, and Financial Performance.
• Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, appraising and supervising all directly assigned personnel.
• Develop and administer action plans for Guest Satisfaction, Team Member Satisfaction, and Financial Adherence.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and safety rules.
• Lead a team focused on delivering outstanding guest service and responsible gaming.
