Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol seeks an EVS Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations and ensure top-quality guest service. Under the Manager - EVS, you will lead a team, schedule work, and enforce standards across public spaces.

You will mentor staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and support training initiatives. The role requires 1–3 years supervising housekeeping, an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership, and budget-awareness.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–3 years supervising housekeeping staff or related experience required.
• Experience in a leadership role within hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mentor team members to deliver superior guest service.
• Prepare work schedules and assist in hiring/training for public spaces staff.
• Monitor budgets and vendor billing receipts; enforce policies.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
• Attend meetings and complete follow-up as assigned.
• Perform duties regularly and handle special projects as needed.
