HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a hands-on Chief Engineer to lead the property's maintenance and engineering operations, ensuring safe, guest-ready facilities and efficient building systems.

You will manage the maintenance team, oversee preventive maintenance, upgrades, and safety/compliance, and report to the General Manager. This role offers strong growth opportunities within our nationwide portfolio.

Qualifications

• College degree or two years of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in this exact position.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.
• A combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all building systems and equipment operate safely and efficiently for guest comfort.
• Manage maintenance staff, oversee repairs and upgrades, and ensure safety compliance.
• Report to the General Manager.
• Starting as Chief Engineer can lead to regional engineering director, director of rooms, or corporate-level positions within hotel operations.
