Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Corporate Director of Engineering to build and lead a best-in-class engineering function across a large U.S. portfolio.

You will guide the capital expenditure program, support GMs and chief engineers, and partner with risk, sustainability, and brand teams to maximize asset value. The role requires 10+ years in multi-property hospitality engineering, a relevant engineering degree, and strong project management with executive communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of multi-property facility management, development and construction in hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with budgets, P&L, and balance sheets.
• Extensive project management experience.
• PMI PMP or CCM certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional engineering program and capital expenditure across 200+ properties.
• Coach and develop engineering staff to meet program requirements and HHM values.
• Report initiatives and performance to executive stakeholders and owners.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and related standards; manage risk.
• Oversee major capital projects and procurement to meet brand standards and budgets.
