• 3+ years of progressive hotel or building management experience.
• Open availability to work any day or night.
• Pre-opening hotel experience is a plus.
• Proven leadership and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, perform preventative maintenance on tools, appliances, and equipment.
• Calibrate controls, gauges, meters; locate and operate shut-off valves.
• Order, mark, and stock parts and supplies as needed.
• Maintain inventory and purchase orders log; inspect tools, equipment, or machines.
• Enter and locate work-related information using computers and operate power lift.
• Complete the life safety checklist, including fire-pump and generator tests.
• Inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems.
• Assist in development of disaster response protocols.
• Respond to guest repair requests and service calls.
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; climb ladders or lifts up to 50 feet.
• Wear PPE as required; perform other duties as requested by management.
