You will lead operational leaders and Population Health teams, streamline processes across clinical sites, and turn data into action to achieve measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• At least five years of leadership experience in healthcare.
• Proven track record of improving operational performance in healthcare.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Data-driven with ability to turn metrics into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational leaders and Population Health teams to empower success.
