Job summary

Legacy Community Health is seeking a Director of Clinic Operations I to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple practice sites and drive financial and operational success. You will mentor practice managers, implement policies, and spend time in our locations to advance community health.

You will lead hiring, performance evaluations, and collaboration with HR, physicians, and leadership to ensure exceptional care and operational excellence across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level degree in business, healthcare or related discipline required.
• At least three years of leadership experience managing clinic operations.
• Master’s degree (MHA, MBA) or equivalent preferred.
• Strong collaboration with colleagues to build a results-driven team.
• Proven ability to develop rapport with physicians.
• Deep knowledge of clinical operations, budgeting, revenue cycle, and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all practice sites.
• Lead hiring and evaluate managers' performance.
• Collaborate with HR on disciplinary matters.
• Support physicians and mid-level providers to ensure success.
• Review monthly operational and financial performance to drive improvements.
• Coordinate revenue cycle initiatives and annual budgeting.
