Qualifications

• MD or DO with California license and board certification/eligibility.
• Minimum 3 years of primary care experience, with leadership exposure.
• Current California license and DEA registration.
• Strong communication and collaboration across clinical and operational teams.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed care.
• Ability to navigate electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient primary care and lead the clinical team.
• Lead, mentor, and develop physicians and APPs.
• Oversee quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with operations to optimize patient access and service delivery.
• Represent the clinical team at leadership meetings and committees.
• Maintain active clinical practice while providing leadership.
