Job summary

Chamber is seeking a Director of Analytics & Reporting to own and scale the central analytics function. You will write SQL, build models, and ship dashboards while establishing definitions, governance, and a semantic layer used across finance, clinical, and operations.

Reporting to the CTO, you will create repeatable board packages and ensure data quality across value-based contracts, quality measures, and care delivery programs. This is a hands-on role with strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics with ownership of an analytics or reporting function.
• Experience with value-based care mechanics including risk contracts and quality reporting.
• Ability to define and maintain metric logic across claims and operations.
• Experience delivering executive and board-level reporting.
• Comfort operating without a full team in a fast-paced startup.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own metric definitions and quality standards across claims and operational data.
• Develop a governed semantic layer used by internal apps and dashboards.
• Produce monthly and quarterly board reporting packages and executive dashboards.
• Track payer contract performance and flag risks early.
• Build data foundations for quality measures, utilization, and risk stratification.
• Set standards so analysts can answer questions against certified definitions.
