Job summary

Cardiovascular Associates of America is seeking a Manager, Healthcare Analytics & Reporting to lead enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives. You will govern dashboards, models, and data pipelines to enable value-based care decision-making across the organization.

You will collaborate with Medical Economics, IT, Finance, and Executive Leadership to deliver scalable analytics, drive insights, and apply AI-enabled analytics for improved operational performance.

Qualifications

• Advanced Power BI with dashboard development and performance optimization.
• Experience with Snowflake/Databricks and cloud analytics platforms.
• Advanced SQL with healthcare data warehouses.
• Experience building data pipelines and semantic models.
• Experience integrating third-party healthcare systems via APIs.
• Understanding of value-based care and healthcare quality metrics.
• Experience applying AI/ML to analytics.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise reporting and analytics governance.
• Define KPI definitions and dashboard standards.
• Develop executive-level reporting and scalable self-service analytics.
• Design Power BI dashboards, semantic models, pipelines and reporting infrastructure.
• Build scalable data models and analytical datasets for decision-making.
• Integrate data connections via APIs and healthcare data exchange platforms.
• Ensure data quality, performance, accessibility, and consistency."
• Translate analytical findings into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Medical Economics, Clinical Operations, IT, Finance, and Leadership.
