Qualifications

• 12+ years of analytics, BI, or data-related experience.
• 5+ years in people leadership with delivery responsibility.
• Experience delivering analytics portfolios with measurable outcomes.
• Advanced SQL and BI tool proficiency (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
• Experience with complex analytics, solution design, data validation, troubleshooting, and exec reporting.
• Experience with large, complex data sources and collaboration with tech/data teams.
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Python, R, SAS, modern data platforms, analytics engineering, workflow automation, or product-based delivery.
