Job summary
Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA) seeks a Manager, Healthcare Analytics & Reporting to lead enterprise analytics and reporting across value-based care programs. You will drive Power BI delivery, semantic modeling, data pipelines and KPI governance, partnering with Medical Economics, IT and Finance to deliver scalable insights.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher in a data-related field and 5+ years in healthcare analytics or BI.
- Advanced Power BI, dashboard design, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Snowflake/Databricks and API/data integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, governance and optimization of enterprise analytics and reporting.
- Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and semantic data models.
- Define KPIs, metrics governance and executive self-service analytics capabilities.
- Evaluate AI-enabled analytics and emerging technologies for adoption.
- Collaborate with Medical Economics, Clinical Ops, IT, Finance and Leadership.
