Job summary

HealthEquity in the United States seeks a Director of CX Data & Service Analytics to lead analytics and reporting for the Service organization, translating priorities into measurable metrics, dashboards, and scalable data products that improve member experience.

This hands-on leadership role mentors analysts, sets delivery standards, and partners with Data Engineering, Data Governance, and AI teams to deploy governed semantic models and enterprise analytics at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, or related field required; master preferred.
• 10+ years in analytics, BI, or CX analytics; leadership experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Define performance questions, metrics, and reporting needs for Service leadership.
• Own the analytics roadmap and drive scalable reporting assets.
• Mentor analysts and establish delivery standards.
