Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare analytics.
• Demonstrated client-facing experience with executive-level client discussions.
• Healthcare industry experience; revenue cycle experience preferred.
• Strong ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized Client Analytics function with scalable processes and governance.
• Develop long-term vision, structure, and roadmap for Client Analytics.
• Oversee production and delivery of client reporting, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Standardize client reporting while maintaining flexibility for client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, consistency, and scalability.
