Job summary

Prominence Advisors, Inc. is seeking a full-time Interim Director of Analytics to lead reporting projects for healthcare organizations, gathering requirements, designing reports, and providing post-implementation support, all while working remotely.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, guide data platform design, and drive testing and validation to ensure accurate insights across complex clinical data and EHR ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related fields, including leadership experience.
• Healthcare data experience, with familiarity in clinical data and EHR ecosystems.
• Experience with Databricks/lakehouse architecture is strongly preferred.
• Technical leadership skills to design and build data platforms.
• Ability to influence and align decentralized data teams without direct reporting relationships.
