Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability to define the product strategy and roadmap across data exchange, APIs, and interoperability platforms. You will lead a team of 4-5 Product Owners and partner with engineering, clinical informatics, and executive leadership to translate market needs into scalable solutions.

You will drive initiatives around HL7, FHIR, and related standards, ensuring regulatory compliance while improving patient access,

Qualifications

10+ years in product management, healthcare tech, informatics, or interoperability.
5+ years leading product teams and complex healthcare portfolios.
4+ years with interoperability standards and data exchange tech.
Experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS or API products.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
Experience with cloud-based platforms, APIs, and data integration.
Knowledge of healthcare data exchange regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

Define and execute long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and retirement.
Drive KPIs, ROI analyses, and adoption metrics across ecosystems.
Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Clinical teams.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success for positioning and adoption.
Mentor Product Managers and Product Owners; establish PM best practices.
